Apparently the boys were happy that I got a detention, because
they let off a big " Yay !". They had gotten Detention earlier in
class for shooting rubber bands and throwing around paper basketballs. I
grinned. At least some people actually appreciated getting into trouble.
The rest of the
class went on without another disturbance. Well, to everyone else. I, for one,
was bothered. I felt like people were watching. me. It wasn't my classmates,
even though they all threw glances at me from time to time. It was something
else. But I couldn't place my finger on what.
Anyway, teacher was still mad at me, of course. But
did I give a damn? Nope. His problem now. I wanted to get out of here. but
unluckily for me, math was first period.
On the bright side, I could still wreak havoc.
